Lastly, Caffeine isn’t necessarily a bad thing. 1 to 2 cups of coffee a day can go a long way. The issue isn’t the caffeine itself, but what w put in it. A great way to gt the most out of your coffee is to make it bulletproof. Simply adding 2 tbs of coconut oil, 2 tbs of butter will help you get the MCTs you need for the day to start off right.
